The Line Cook/Prep Cook prepares ingredients and cooks menu items while keeping the kitchen organized and supporting smooth food service. This hands-on role contributes to consistent meals and a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and meals by following recipes, portion guidance, and kitchen procedures.
- Cook menu items to order, coordinate timing, and communicate with teammates during service.
- Handle food safely, maintain clean work areas, and store ingredients appropriately.
- Support serving and food service by helping keep orders accurate and ready on time.

Skills

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation,



and food handling skills, with attention to food safety, cleanliness, timing, and accuracy. Clear communication and the ability to coordinate tasks in a busy kitchen support dependable service.

Preferred: Food service experience, including serving, is helpful, as are restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or familiarity with the food industry. A cooperative approach and willingness to support changing kitchen priorities can help the team maintain an organized workflow and deliver quality meals.

Pay: $120.00-$130.00 per day
