I am looking for someone to help me with simple housekeeping jobs, starting ASAP:

- washing and folding laundry
- making beds
- tidying kids rooms / common areas
- putting away dishes
- taking out garbage
- simple food prep (ex clean / chop veggies)
- wiping down kitchen / bathrooms (NOT deep cleaning, we have a separate team for that)
- if interested, light outdoor work for more hours (ex watering plants in summer, leaf blowing in fall)
- possible babysitting / after hours childcare opportunities at a later time (kids are in grade 4/6) Hours: proposing 4-8h per week Schedule can be adaptable
- can be daytime, afternoon, evening; weekend less preferable.

For example, we can do 4 days x 2h, 3 days x 2h, 2 days x 3-4h

- depending on your availability Qualifications:
- experience looking after a home
- a natural sense of order / tidiness; I am looking for someone who can see a mess and deal with it,



without always being told exactly what to do step by step
- independent thinker
- clear and open communicator (text and in person)
- warm and friendly
- positive references
