AML seeks a Site Operations Manager for its oceanographic instrumentation manufacturing site. You will oversee assembly, QC, material handling, shipping, and operations engineering teams through supervisors. The position requires manufacturing leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM improvement experience, plus solid numerical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accelerate recognition of booked IGP
- Own site health, safety, and manufacturing quality
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Lead supervisors, reviews, hiring, and performance plans
- Run site huddles, reviews, and customer audits





Requirements:

- Engineering, operations, or technology degree, or equivalent experience
- Eight-plus manufacturing years, including three-plus management years
- Experience managing supervisors across multiple manufacturing areas
- Hands-on Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM improvement experience
- Legal Canadian work authorization and onsite availability
