QuoteToMe replaces this with a single, up-to-date, integrated workflow: RFQs → Purchase Orders → Delivery Tracking → Invoice Reconciliation → ERP Sync.We are hiring a Product Manager with strong UX/UI design capabilities — someone who can think strategically and produce elegant, intuitive designs in Figma. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end: Discovery → Design → Requirements → Roadmap → Execution. You will design core workflows, guide engineering with clarity, and help shape our design system. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)Collaborate with engineers on stories and acceptance criteriaRefine and prioritize backlog itemsCollect and interpret feedback from CS, sales, and usersDeliver clean designs that accelerate engineering executionWeekly




Own and update the product roadmapLead weekly sprint & roadmap reviews with engineeringPartner with CS on enterprise account needs and workflow gapsPartner with Sales on demo friction and usability issuesPublish brief internal product updatesRun internal demos of UX improvementsRemove engineering blockersMonthly

Must-Haves
3–7 years in Product Management or Product Design (SaaS)Strong capability in Figma (flows, components, prototypes)Experience with workflow-heavy or operational productsAbility to simplify complex workflows into intuitive UXExcellent communication and structured thinkingComfort working directly with engineersHigh accountability, ownership, and speedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentPreferred Background (Highly Valuable)
