Use data analysis to improve uptime and plant performance.As Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Lead, you will enhance reliability programs and maintenance processes. You will analyze equipment performance data, optimize SAP-PM systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will partner across Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead predictive and preventive maintenance program improvementsAnalyze reliability data and KPIs to increase uptimeConduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actionsOptimize maintenance schedules, PM/PDM programs, and SAP-PMGuide vibration,
thermography, lubrication, ultrasound, and NDT technologiesRequirements:
Skilled Trade Certification or related Technologist diplomaExperience with predictive maintenance and reliability methodologiesKnowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP-PMCMRP, CRE, MLT1, CAT1, or equivalent practical experienceLean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtainApply predictive maintenance, reliability analysis, and continuous improvement expertise to strengthen Ingredion’s London facility performance.
