As a Senior Retirement Planning Advisor, you will provide advanced guidance throughout the member lifecycle. You will explain retirement timing, survivor benefits, government perks, and pension-related tax considerations. The role also supports member education, organizational initiatives, and improved retirement planning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex retirement planning conversations and explain available options
- Manage member inquiries through resolution, documentation, and follow-up
- Handle sensitive cases and de-escalate difficult situations
- Deliver seminars, webinars, and educational sessions for diverse audiences




- Recommend improvements to tools, content, and member experiences

Requirements:

- Seven years of related pension, retirement planning, or financial services experience
- Advanced designation such as PFP®, QAFP™, or CFP®
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver's license and willingness to travel
