Lead IFRS reporting and internal controls at Clutch, partnering across finance to deliver decision-grade financial information and audit readiness. Build reporting discipline while preparing for IPO readiness.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this director leads financial reporting and technical accounting. The work spans close management, external audits, statutory reporting, and complex accounting areas. You will also partner with Financial Systems leadership on ERP evolution and lead a growing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes
- Deliver accurate statements and supplementary financial information
- Lead audits, statutory reporting, auditors, and regulators
- Design controls, risk management,



and policy frameworks
- Build and mentor accounting and reporting teams

Requirements:

- CPA with 8–10+ years progressive accounting leadership
- Command of IFRS and advanced revenue recognition knowledge
- Big Four experience required
- Experience strengthening controls and implementing financial systems
- Deep manufacturing or complex supply-chain experience
