York University is seeking an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream in Mechanical Engineering. The appointment is open teaching-focused and tenure-track, commencing July 1, 2027.

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses with emphasis on engineering design and contribute to curricular innovation within the department. Applicants should hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering (or near completion) and demonstrate a solid record or promise of teaching excellence, pedagogy innovation,
