Own client billing, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting as Finance Manager with Context Creative in Toronto’s hybrid work setting.

This hands-on Finance Manager role supports day-to-day finance operations at Context Creative, part of Mod Op. You’ll manage client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end activities, and financial information across the business. The position reports to the Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own monthly client billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable
- Reconcile prebills, accrued revenue, forecasts, and actual billing
- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments accurately
- Prepare weekly cash flow reporting and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end, year-end, tax filings, and audits





Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Around 7-9 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Hands-on client billing and reconciliation experience in project-focused environments
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP accounting systems
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace skills
