Lead cybersecurity across Discovery Mining’s IT, OT, and digital assets from the corporate workplace, using risk management and incident response expertise. Periodic travel to operating sites and evening or weekend attention may be required.The Cybersecurity Lead owns Discovery Mining’s cybersecurity program and serves as its subject matter expert. You will build security plans, guide design and tooling decisions, and drive continuous improvement across corporate and operational environments. The work includes security operations, governance, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Build and improve cybersecurity policies, standards, and controlsAssess risks across enterprise IT and operational technology environmentsOversee MSSP monitoring, sensors, agents, and log sourcesLead incident investigation, containment,



recovery, and reviewsAdvise stakeholders on secure projects, awareness, and emerging threatsRequirements:
Degree or diploma in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experienceExperience leading security programs, operations, risk, and incident responseKnowledge of NIST CSF 2.0, IEC 62443, and MITRE ATT&CKExperience; securing networks, cloud, endpoints, and OT environmentsApply cybersecurity leadership, OT protection, and incident response expertise to strengthen Discovery Mining’s corporate and operating environments.
