the Business Systems Analyst acts as a key liaison between business needs and technology solutions. This role combines application administration, solution development, process automation, business analysis, and data analysis to improve business processes and operational effectiveness across CEPS. The incumbent works closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions using Smartsheet, Python, SQL Server, REST APIs, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools.
