As Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership across data engineering, analytics, architecture, artificial intelligence, and operations. You will translate business requirements and architectural direction into production-ready solutions. The role includes technical guidance, complex decision-making, and reliable platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, development, and production deployment of data solutions
- Optimize ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
- Guide engineers through design and code reviews
- Apply data quality, security, governance, and lineage practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum seven years in data engineering or analytics
- Technical leadership experience delivering production-grade data solutions

- Understanding of CDC, incremental processing, pipelines, and data modelling
