Support enterprise API gateways at Capgemini using Splunk, Dynatrace, and strong troubleshooting skills across production environments. Help resolve connectivity and integration issues. This API Gateway Support Specialist provides technical and operational support for API platforms across production and non-production environments. The work includes REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and web-based integrations. You will also manage certificates, monitor platform health, and coordinate incident resolution across technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support API gateway platforms across production and non-production environments

Onboard consumers through integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support

Diagnose connectivity, authentication, configuration, performance, and availability issues

Monitor logs, traces, dashboards,



and alerts using Splunk and Dynatrace

Coordinate incidents, escalations, communications, resolution, and closure

Requirements:

Strong enterprise application, middleware, API, or production support experience

Hands-on API Gateway or API Management platform experience

Strong REST API, and integration technology knowledge

Experience with SSL/TLS, certificates, keystores, truststores, and mTLS

Robust Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring and troubleshooting experience
