Front Store Manager - Full Time

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. Opportunity to lead and develop a strong retail team.

Lead, coach, and develop front store team members.

Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution.

Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs.

3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in pharmacy, grocery, or high-volume retail.





- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
