Support First Episode Psychosis research as a Clinical Research Assistant II with participant recruitment, consent, and study visits. Work primarily in person. The Hatching Ideas Lab seeks a Clinical Research Assistant II for its mental health research team. Studies focus primarily on First Episode Psychosis within The Ottawa Hospital's OnTrack Program. The role includes data collection, data entry, document maintenance, and research applications. Administrative coordination and scholarly materials are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and consent participants within a busy clinical team

Conduct consent procedures and study visits

Collect and enter study data accurately

Maintain documents and prepare REB and ICES applications





Prepare presentations, manuscripts, references, meetings, and minutes

Requirements:

Secondary diploma required

Minimum two years in human clinical or health research

Experience recruiting and consenting research participants

Experience conducting study visits

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Apply clinical research coordination, participant engagement, and mental health research skills within The Ottawa Hospital's OnTrack Program.
