Support GitLab’s recurring revenue by executing renewal operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating customer agreements remotely across regions. This Associate Renewals Manager role emphasizes timely, accurate execution rather than strategic decision-making. Working with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders, you will keep renewals moving and help resolve blockers. You will follow defined processes, escalate unusual issues, and receive coaching from senior teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage renewal dates and assigned customer portfolios

Send quotes, order forms, and related renewal documentation

Explain moderately complex terms and issues to stakeholders

Collaborate across teams to resolve blockers and support expansions

Prioritize tasks and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

Experience executing basic renewal processes independently
