We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outside Territory Sales Representative to join our team, based out of our Regina location. This is a career-focused role for someone who is self-motivated, sales-minded, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
As an Outside Territory Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory, maintaining existing relationships and generating new business. You will leverage your product and service knowledge to promote sales, provide exceptional customer support, and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales targets
Maintain rapport with current customers and serve as the primary business contact
Promote flyers, sell sheets, training programs, and sample products to encourage sales
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and create orders as needed
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities




Collect cores, returns, and payments from customers when required
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory minimums using CRM software
Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events in-person and online
Deliver parts and materials to customers during sales calls as needed
Robust interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
Automotive, industrial, agricultural, or paint knowledge/experience is an asset
Proven sales experience; territory or outside sales experience preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
