Apply financial analysis and cash reconciliation expertise as an Accounts Receivable Analyst supporting banking operations in Etobicoke, Ontario. Woodbine Entertainment seeks a customer-focused Accounts Receivable Analyst for its Finance team. This full-time position manages receivables, monitors bank activity, applies incoming payments, and resolves unidentified cash. The analyst also collaborates with Treasury, business stakeholders, customers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor aging, unapplied cash, credits, and account reconciliations

Monitor daily bank activity and incoming payment channels

Investigate unidentified or misapplied cash transactions

Prepare journal entries for adjustments and account corrections





Provide backup support for cash management and banking activities

Requirements:

Robust understanding of receivables, collections, reconciliations, and accounting

Two to five years in receivables, credit, collections, or accounting

Advanced Excel formulas, data analysis, and reporting experience

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
