About Our Centre
Specialties include ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, vascular surgery, urology, and pediatric dental.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, patient-centred perioperative care.
Collaborate with the surgical team and support quality patient outcomes.
Maintain infection prevention, medication safety, and documentation standards.
Participate in staff education and orientation.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Eligible for SALPN registration and practice permit.
Perioperative nursing certification, education, or equivalent experience.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful or emergent situations.
Physical Requirements: Patient handling and lifting/pushing/pulling over 25 lbs, prolonged standing, wearing lead protection, and potential exposure to workplace hazards.
