As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in the organization’s transformation and modernization by ensuring alignment between business strategic ambitions and technology capabilities. In your new role, you will play a strategic part in developing the organization’s evolution and modernization roadmaps, working closely with corporate functions, IT shared services and business teams.

Translate the organization’s strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities

Promote the reuse of technology solutions and capabilities

Support Solution Architecture Advisors to ensure alignment of recommendations

Identify opportunities to improve enterprise architecture standards and practices and contribute to their evolution

Maintain architecture repositories and support their evolution

Oversee the assessment of technical capabilities and advocate for architectural recommendations

Has experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile and LEAN approaches and practices

Demonstrates a solid ability to influence and effectively advocate for the organization’s architectural strategies and directions with a diverse audience

Has excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written

Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking partners and business units
