We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead and scale our finance function and support the growth and expansion of the business. This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with the executive team to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and shape the company’s long-term strategy. This role will also champion process improvements, automation, and the adoption of contemporary financial technologies, including AI-driven tools, to transform and elevate the finance function. The ideal candidate is a designated CPA with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing financial operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a high-growth environment.

Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on financial planning, growth, and expansion initiatives

Lead the development of long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives

Translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and performance metrics

Support capital planning, fundraising, and investor relations as needed

Oversee budgeting, forecasting,



and financial modeling across all business units

Review financial results and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities

Establish KPIs and dashboards to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making

Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance frameworks

Lead audit processes, tax compliance, and coordination with external advisors

Accounting & Finance OperationsProvide oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, inventory management and treasury

Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability across finance functions by leveraging modern technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation

Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and payroll requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Build and scale the finance function to support company growth and expansion

Act as a change agent to reimagine and modernize the finance function from the ground up, delivering strategic insights and building a nimble, high-impact team

8-12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles

- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, reporting, and operational finance
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
