Lead operational projects across Canada as an experienced Operations Project Manager, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, and implementation.

This 12-month contract supports planning and execution during organizational growth. Working with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams, you will manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and deliver initiatives effectively. The work includes operational readiness, reporting, governance, and transition.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through implementation and completion

Develop timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities

Coordinate workstreams and stakeholders across departments

Identify risks, dependencies, delays, and practical solutions

Maintain project documentation,



trackers, dashboards, and status reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field

Minimum two years' project management or operations experience

Robust planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
