Contract: November 9, 2026 – December 31, 2027 Pay: $56.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–We’re seeking an experienced learning and development skilled to help shape and deliver learning strategies and solutions for a large organization’s branch banking teams. You’ll partner with business leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and learning teams to understand capability needs and create effective, measurable learning programs.

This role is suited to someone who has designed and helped execute learning programs in a corporate or similarly large organization and understands how to combine learning approaches to support business outcomes.

Consult with stakeholders and conduct needs assessments to identify performance and capability gaps.

Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.

Identify learning assets and opportunities to improve processes and learner experience.

8–10 years of experience in learning and development,



learning design, or a closely related corporate role.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, performance consulting, and learning needs assessment.
- Experience with stakeholder and vendor management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Knowledge of learning solutions, onboarding, compliance, and project delivery.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including Word, Teams, and intermediate Excel skills such as PivotTables, charts, and formulas.
- relevant Learning & Development or Adult Education certifications are an asset.

Banking experience, familiarity with branch banking, and knowledge of workforce management are considered assets.
