We are hiring a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across Nobis and the InnoVision Group, its parent company. It requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with rigorous cash flow management and operational efficiency.

As the business continues to evolve across multiple markets and channels, we are focused on strengthening our financial foundation: enhancing visibility, improving cash flow discipline, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.

You will get close to the business, understand how every team operates, and use that knowledge to turn finance into a true partner in decision-making.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning

Support leadership with scenario modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making

Reporting & Performance

Drive visibility into performance by channel and market

Oversee core finance functions including AP/AR, payroll, and product costing

Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization

Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial processes





Take initiative to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements before they are raised, and bring forward recommendations, not just reports

Act as a trusted finance partner to leadership and department heads, translating numbers into clear, practical guidance

Oversee financial operations and reporting across international JVs and distributors, particularly in Asia

Enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making

Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 3–4 professionals

Build a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement

8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A;, or accounting leadership

Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management

Experience working with international operations (JVs, distributors; At Nobis and InnoVision, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international brand platform with strategic and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
