The employer provides training on its fulfillment system, language, and escalation process, making prior carrier software knowledge unnecessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Read line items and shipment records before composing messages

Explain confirmed status for each relevant order item

Recheck latest statuses before sending drafted emails

Forward discrepancies with item and tracking identifiers
