Are you a proven sales hunter with experience selling consumer products into Canada's leading mass retailers?

We're partnering with a well-established Canadian organization seeking a National Account Manager/Business Development Manager to drive growth through new account acquisition, channel expansion, dropship initiatives, and direct import programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of winning business with major national retailers and experience within consumer products, housewares, lifestyle brands, or other trend-driven retail categories.

Permanent | Full-time | Remote

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with major Canadian retailers

Build relationships with national and regional mass market accounts including retailers such as Costco, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Home Hardware, RONA, and similar organizations

Lead business development efforts across traditional retail, dropship, direct import, private label, and emerging sales channels

Present new products, promotional opportunities, and category growth initiatives to customers





Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, product development, and customer service

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently delivering against revenue and growth objectives

8+ years of retail sales or business development experience

- Proven success selling into major mass market retailers at the national or regional level
- Experience opening new accounts and driving significant revenue growth
- Background within consumer packaged goods (CPG), housewares, home products, seasonal products, lifestyle brands, giftware, kitchenware, or similar consumer-focused categories
- Strong commercial acumen, presentation skills, and relationship-building abilities
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business
