As a Google Ads Growth Strategist at Sweat Pants Agency, you will manage accounts end to end. You will guide Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube strategy. Your work will connect Merchant Center, landing pages, tracking, and incremental measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Google accounts, budgets, strategy, and client communication

Audit campaigns, search terms, feeds, landing pages, and tracking

Separate brand and non-brand performance for growth decisions

Manage PMax, automation, Merchant Center, and conversion measurement

Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed pages, scripts, and reporting

Requirements:

Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful DTC and eCommerce spend

Experience with Shopping and PMax, not only Search

Fluency across Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, GA4, and GTM

Ability to build and ship landing pages using Claude or equivalent

Native or near-native English and US Eastern client-call availability
