Operate facility mechanical systems with BGIS as a Technician III, using inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance expertise. This is a regular, full time position. The Technician III operates facilities and supporting systems while maintaining mechanical equipment and other systems. Responsibilities include structured inspections, corrective maintenance, routine services, and on-demand requests. The position also supports facility uptime, asset integrity, client operations, and established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate facility mechanical and supporting systems

Conduct facility walkthroughs and equipment monitoring inspections

Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance

Respond to routine and on-demand service requests





Manage work orders through completion and record resolutions

Requirements:

High school diploma with trades training or certification

Minimum three years maintaining HVAC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems

Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices

Knowledge of BAS and HVAC systems

Valid driver's license and appropriate security clearance eligibility

Bring mechanical troubleshooting, facility operations, and maintenance capabilities to BGIS as a Technician III supporting dependable building systems.
