The Project Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the financial health of our construction projects from initiation through completion.

This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong understanding of construction finance, who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Oversee progress billings, draw requests, and customer invoices.

Maintain billing schedules and contract values.

Track unbilled revenue and billing status.

Process supplier and subcontractor invoices.

Monitor project costs and reconcile job cost reports to the general ledger.

Perform month-end accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.





Prepare project-related reports for management.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

- 3+ years of accounting experience; construction accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project accounting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- This is a full time position with a salary range of $77,000-$83,000 per year. In addition to salary, we also offer employer paid benefits, personal days, wellness benefit, and professional development support,
