As Engineering Manager, you will lead the Resilience Engineering team and shape practices for safely validating production systems. Design controlled load testing and fault injection systems

Hands-on production load testing or chaos engineering experience
Experience with isolation, rate limiting, guardrails, and auditability
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, observability, and programming
