As Director of Sales, you will support regional insurance, health, and retention targets. You will manage support functions, strengthen advisor and firm relationships, and help develop regional sales strategy. The work combines team leadership, partner collaboration, sales activation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Regional Coordinator
Support senior-level firm relationship management with the RVP
Manage front-line escalations and elevate when necessary
Improve sales results through campaigns and business management
Identify opportunities through recent and existing relationships
Requirements:
University degree or post-secondary education
Life and Health Insurance License
Knowledge of insurance and health products and operations
Strong partnering, communication, and relationship-building skills
Five to seven years' sales success is an asset
