Oversee Edmonton onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and team-building initiatives

Partner with the Managing Director on people decisions

Collaborate on company-wide HR policies and priorities

Support recruitment, talent needs, and workforce planning

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Five or more years of strategic and operational HR experience

Experience advising leaders and navigating employee relations matters

Experience with people data, technology, and process improvement

Bring sound judgment, empathy, and hands-on HR leadership to Avalon Holographics' growing Edmonton operation and employees.
