Assist in the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform plumbing tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Learn about HVAC systems as they relate to plumbing installations.
Follow safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
Skills
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics for effective installation.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
Understanding of basic plumbing concepts, including how to plumb various fixtures.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
