Lead clinical service delivery across Island Health communities from Victoria, using operational management and patient safety expertise. This is a regular full-time, multi-site position.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Clinical Service Delivery, you will partner with the Medical Director across an assigned Community. The Director supports patient-centered care, staff support, best practices, and strategic outcomes. You will establish operational frameworks, plan program delivery, and manage resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage programs and services operationally across an assigned Community
- Promote patient-centered care and patient safety initiatives
- Support staff motivation, support, and best practices
- Establish frameworks and infrastructure for program delivery




- Allocate and manage physical, human, and financial resources

Requirements:

- Master’s degree equivalent in MA, MBA, or MSN education
- Ten years of progressive senior healthcare management experience
- Knowledge of budgetary, staffing, quality, and strategic planning
- Ability to lead change and support management teams
- Robust communication, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
