Support guests and employees as an Entertainment Venue Shift Supervisor at Ed’s Bowling, covering bowling, billiards, escape rooms, lounge, and kitchen operations.

This part-time temporary position supervises daily facility activities and helps maintain consistently high customer service standards. You provide hands-on assistance with serving, bussing, bowling operations, and escape room service. You also support onboarding, training, performance management, and communication with staff and Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support for serving, bussing, and bowling operations
- Assist with escape room service and daily facility requirements
- Supervise employees through coaching and effective role modeling
- Support onboarding, training, and employee performance management




- Coordinate leagues and complete required administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

- Two to three years of previous supervisory experience
- Background supervising restaurant, lounge, or entertainment facilities
- ProServe certification or ability to complete required training
- Solid leadership and communication skills with customer service focus
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
