This Production Team Leader supports a department within Cabico's modern Coaticook facilities. You work closely with the Production Supervisor to execute activities effectively, address operational issues, and support continuous improvement. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, from 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan daily work activities against the production schedule
- Coordinate staffing and workforce movement within the area
- Monitor compliance with established work methods
- Support resolution of operational issues with the supervisor
- Promote company values and management philosophy

Requirements:

- Leadership and people management capabilities
- Robust listening and communication abilities
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
- Comfort working in dust and varying temperatures
- Ability to remain standing and perform repetitive tasks
