Provide resident care at AgeCare Mount Royal in Calgary as a part time Health Care Aide supporting secure transfers and daily comfort.

Working under a Staff Nurse, the Health Care Aide collaborates with the care team to meet individual resident needs. Duties include personal care, feeding assistance, routine treatments, mobility support, and accompanying residents to activities. The role requires recognized PCA or HCA certification and active Alberta registration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bath, shower, and wash residents using safe procedures
- Assist resident transfers using lifts and transfer belts
- Feed residents according to care plan diets
- Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction
- Escort residents to meals, therapy, and recreation

Requirements:

- Recognized Personal Care Aide or Health Care Aide certificate
- Active CLHA registration in Alberta
- Fluent English communication orally and in writing
- One year continuing care experience preferred
- Post-secondary education is an asset
