Food service attendants assist Dexterra Group’s culinary team with meal periods, sanitation, and supplies in remote camp settings. Rotational schedules include four weeks on, two weeks off.

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will help maintain reliable daily food service across assigned shifts. Responsibilities include cleaning lunchrooms and equipment, replenishing dispensers, supporting inventory movement, and delivering food orders. The schedule may involve nights, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve prepared hot and cold food during meal periods
- Clean food warmers, microwaves, coffee makers, and dining areas
- Replenish coffee, juice, napkins, salt, pepper, and water




- Perform deep cleaning and maintain health and safety standards
- Assist with food and supply loading, unloading, and delivery

Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work schedules
- Commitment to four weeks on and two weeks off
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs
- Ability to perform repetitive hand work using both hands
- Current Food Secure certification is an asset
