This full time, long-term FRP Laminator role serves industrial fabrication production. You will manufacture fiberglass products using polyester and vinyl ester resins, secondary bonding, and surface preparation. The work includes interpreting shop drawings and following curing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fiberglass hand lay-up and lamination
- Prepare polyester and vinyl ester resins
- Apply reinforcement for structural laminates
- Bond nozzles, flanges, joints, and seams
- Inspect and finish completed laminates
Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ fiberglass or FRP experience preferred
- Industrial tanks, vessels, pipes, or ductwork experience
- Knowledge of resins, reinforcement, and curing processes
- Experience with surface preparation and fiberglass repairs
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
