Support AgeCare residents through electrical, heating, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance in a senior living environment focused on safety.

The Maintenance Coordinator performs wide-ranging duties involving building equipment and essential systems. This position supports resident care by repairing equipment, maintaining facilities, and completing scheduled inspections. The work includes electrical and mechanical assistance, plumbing repairs, painting, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance duties across electrical, heating, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Complete routine fire and preventative inspections with accurate records
- Repair equipment affecting resident care, including beds and toilets




- Assist with electrical and mechanical equipment repairs
- Maintain clean, safe areas and clear walkways

Requirements:

- Secondary school education with related technical training
- Previous experience in a similar related capacity
- Working knowledge of WHMIS requirements
- Valid provincial driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical maintenance duties and lift equipment
