Drive customer service and sports retail sales as a part time 3rd Key at Lids Sports Group in Brampton, Ontario. Support product presentation and store operations.

As a 3rd Key, or Sales Help Keyholder, you will help customers select licensed headwear and apparel representing team pride and personal style. You will support revenue goals, inventory activity, store maintenance, and Lids retail standards. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve revenue growth through customer service
- Meet or exceed individual company statistics goals
- Maintain signage, sales presentation, and store cleanliness
- Process shipments and reset merchandise during inventory activities
- Protect company assets under Lids Retail policies

Requirements:

- Explicit, professional verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers and personnel
- Ability to stand constantly throughout shifts
- Ability to operate computer and mobile point-of-sale systems
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
