You will operate personalization or fulfilment equipment, rotate between workstations, and follow customer, company, and industry specifications. The work requires teamwork, equipment care, and adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate personalization and fulfilment equipment as workload requires
- Rotate between workstations and operate multiple machines
- Meet and track shift targets daily
- Perform quality checks and scheduled preventive maintenance
- Support Kaizen, waste reduction, and HSE initiatives

Requirements:

- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment in manufacturing
- Manual dexterity and ability to multitask
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Microsoft Office experience is an asset
