Use hand tools and electrical assembly knowledge as a Production Assistant at Eaton’s Delta site in British Columbia, working 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Reporting to the Satellite Plant Manager, you will interpret manufacturing information documents and assemble Eaton product lines. The work includes panelboards, switchboards, and control assemblies. You will support departments under supervision while following instructions, picking documents, and established routines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mechanically assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts
- Complete labeling, basic testing, quality checks, and shipping preparation
- Understand order, drawing, material, and inventory processes
- Provide coworker assistance and work-area improvement recommendations




- Maintain 5S responsibilities and dispose of scrap material

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Completed six months’ probation or equivalent experience
- Some manufacturing and electrical knowledge and experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including databases
- Flexibility to work overtime and follow safety requirements
