ParaMed provides a comprehensive three-week, in-class training program with paid training for new Home Support Workers. You will support patients in their residences while preparing meals, assisting with daily living, and providing personal care. The work requires compassion, listening skills, and willingness to visit residences within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel between patients and complete several home visits daily
- Prepare meals and assist patients during mealtimes
- Complete basic housekeeping duties in patient residences
- Provide companionship and support patient well-being
- Assist with hygiene care, including showering and bathing

Requirements:

- Compassionate approach with solid listening skills
- Valid driver license and access to a vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Criminal Background screening upon hire
