Install commercial roofing systems as a Roofer Journeyman, working with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and waterproof sheet materials. Support flat-roof construction across wide-ranging building sectors.

This Roofer position focuses on installing, repairing, or replacing four and single-ply commercial roofing systems. Work includes industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings. You will apply modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic composition materials. Daily tasks cover roof deck preparation, insulation, vapor barriers, seam sealing, and roofing paper installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install or replace TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
- Install vapor barriers and insulation on flat-roof decks
- Seal seams across vapor barriers and insulation layers




- Cut roofing paper to required sizes using knives
- Nail or staple overlapping roofing paper strips

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level roofing experience indicated by the original title
- Ability to work with commercial roofing systems
- Ability to handle waterproof sheet roofing materials
- Ability to install materials on flat roofs
- Skills and experience influence the offered pay
