Lead infrastructure maintenance for Webber by coordinating roadway upkeep, traffic control, and seasonal snow and ice removal. Work under an Area Supervisor across contracted assets.

As Lead Hand, you will help maintain roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation. The work includes operating vehicles and equipment, supporting highway repairs, and directing daily field activities. You will also supervise Operators and verify completed work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair highways, surfaces, signs, and guardrails
- Operate equipment for maintenance, repairs, and vegetation control
- Create, modify, and approve Book 7 traffic control plans
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, job starts, and hazard analyses
- Supervise Operators and inspect daily completed work

Requirements:

- Communicate orally and in writing in English
- Perform basic mathematical functions
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Remain available for emergency response rotations as needed
- Report incidents, damage, and completed work accurately
