As a Freight Team Associate, you will stock shelves, pack out merchandise, and organize overhead storage for accessible sales floors. You will pick customer orders when assigned, protect products during packing, and place labelled orders in designated holding areas. Customer service remains part of the work when demand requires it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Move freight safely between staging areas, overheads, and sales floors
- Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
- Merchandise recent products and promotions
- Communicate with freight teammates about proper product locations
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer project needs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience an asset
- Knowledge of reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers an asset
- Effective communication and customer-focused approach
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and reach items
