Serve guests at Skoki Lodge near Lake Louise while applying qualified cooking and housekeeping skills in a remote alpine setting.

Reporting to the Skoki Manager, you will work as a versatile Lodge Attendant and Relief Chef. The role combines guest service, table service, cleaning, dish room organization, and meal preparation. You will cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner when required, supporting consistent lodge standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service and clean bedrooms and public rooms daily
- Provide friendly, efficient, professional table service
- Prepare lodge meals as Relief Chef
- Maintain cookware, dishware, and dish room cleanliness
- Communicate with the Skoki Manager about lodge operations

Requirements:

- Professional cooking experience for Relief Chef duties
- Physical ability to ski 11 kilometres each way
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work long hours when required
