This position supports customers with daily advice, service transactions, digital education, and banking problem resolution. You will understand financial needs, guide customers to appropriate contacts, and support banking solutions including new accounts and investment advice. Strong organization, judgment, and customer experience skills are central to the work.

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within six months
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiency
• Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
