As an Athlete, you monitor and manage the back of house and specific sales area. You assist Leads, Senior Associates, and Managers with daily retail operations. The work includes shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, visual displays, product learning, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage back-of-house and sales-area activities
- Perform shipping, receiving, floor stocking, and cleaning duties
- Build visual displays when necessary
- Assist retail leaders with daily store operations
- Support loss prevention and positive teammate relationships

Requirements:

- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates
- Learn Nike products and culture
- Stand, bend, squat, reach, twist, and climb ladders
- Manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Work flexible retail hours, including weekends or holidays
